WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you love our clothing as much as we do!​


At this time, we do not accept returns. But we do accept exchanges due to sizing or defaults found. 

​

All purchases may be returned for an exchange within 30 days. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.


Note: All items must be returned with any original packaging, including any tags the item came with.

Exceptions:

  • Worn items, washed items, or items damaged by customer will not be accepted for return.

  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.

  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

HOW CAN I RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE?

  • Please email our team at support@officiallyhanane.com and notify us that you would like to exchange the item you purchased. Please include your name, address, the size and product you order as well as the desired size you'd like to exchange with.

  • We ask that if you wish to return an item purchased that you return the item using the same packaging that it was delivered with. All returns/exchanges are subject to evaluation by OfficiallyHanane.

  • When mailing a return for exchange:

    • Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!

    • Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

SHIPPING POLICY
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

Please sign up to our email list below. We announce when our pre-launch orders will be sent out! Please be patient with us!

All in-stock domestic orders after official launch (both standard and expedited) are processed within 3-5 business days. International orders may take up to 14 days depending on region. 

 

You will receive a tracking number once sent out. Rates are automatically calculated based on region. Note: if you place an order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: SHIRTS WILL SHRINK IF PUT IN DRYER!!!

Use a very mild detergent when washing. Always wash in cool water, inside out and hang dry!
